Finger Limes

Finger Limes are called the caviar of citrus. When you cut a finger limes in half and squeeze, you will see a plethora of individual juice vesicles. Finger limes are more tart than a key lime. Finger limes are best used in teas, water, mixed drinks, sauces for main dishes, and soups.
